·        Study different communication styles – i.e.: Neuro Linguistic Programming (Grinder and Bandler) the visual, the auditory, Kinesthetic, Auditory-Digital (AD).

·        Keeping your focus and the desirable outcomes in mind

·        Organize your material into manageable chunks
