It is involved in high energy saving, high precise, high response, low noise and easy to be managed. When saving energy in ideal conditions, it saves around 40% when compared to the variable pump, and it is 70%~80% when compared to the traditional pump.
Additionally the machine makes use of highly sensitive pressure feedback equipment. It has a closed loop design which makes the machine easier to move more accurately and firmly. The motor works when required and this doesn’t generate more heat and which eventually lowers the temperature of oil.
The noise of the machine is ≦70dB and works only when required. It has a pressure feedback machine which works with high accuracy and sensitization. It controls rising of oil temperature for which small oil cooling system can be deployed in the machine. The pressure feedback system has a close-loop precision control that reduces the cycle time and increases the production efficiency.
