Ihne & Tesch GmbH’s is a specialised designer and manufacturer of high quality heating engineering products. It was established in the year 1932 and one of their products is cartridge heaters.

The cartridge heater is used in special machinery construction, die slots, screen changers, filter devices in the polymer processing industry, etc.

The type 0 cartridge heaters sans jacket are apt for air heating & for installation in dip pipes, whereas type EP Screw-in heaters are made for horizontal fitting and utilized for direct heating of solid, fluid and gaseous mediums.

Description: Cartridge Heaters

The type PE surface load is up to 4 W/ cm² and the operating temperature is up to 400 ºC at cartridge jacket.  The type PDE surface load is up to 4 – 10 W/ cm² and the operating temperature is up to 500 ºC at cartridge jacket.

The type PDS/PDZ surface load is up to 10 – 15 W/ cm² and the operating temperature is up to 750 ºC at cartridge jacket, The type PDH/PZH surface load is up to 15 – 20 W/ cm² and the operating temperature is up to 750 ºC at cartridge jacket.
