SenseCentral respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, provide our DMCA Agent with: (1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner; (2) Identification of the copyrighted work; (3) Identification of the infringing material and its location on our site; (4) Your contact information; (5) A statement of good faith belief; (6) A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

Send DMCA notices to: legal@sensecentral.com — Subject: DMCA Notice. We respond to valid DMCA notices within 72 hours.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include: your contact information; identification of the removed content; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake; consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court.
Repeat Infringers
SenseCentral will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
