Your Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. While SenseCentral does not sell personal data in the traditional sense, we share certain data with advertising partners, which may qualify as a "sale" under some privacy laws.
What Data May Be Shared
We may share the following with advertising partners: browsing behavior on our site; device identifiers; IP address (anonymized); inferred interests and demographics. This data is used to serve relevant advertising.
How to Opt Out
To opt out of data sharing for advertising purposes: (1) Use our Cookie Settings to disable advertising cookies; (2) Email privacy@sensecentral.com with "Do Not Sell My Data" in the subject line; (3) Use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, which we honor automatically.
Effect of Opting Out
If you opt out, you will still see advertising on SenseCentral, but it will be less personalized. Your opt-out preference will be stored for 12 months.
Other Privacy Rights
Regardless of your location, you may request: access to your personal data; deletion of your personal data; correction of inaccurate data. Contact privacy@sensecentral.com to exercise these rights.
